Use of personal data
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number.
Your data will be recorded and keeped by Leopoldo Bloom Editore, and used only to send you informations about this site. Data will be keeped reserved and never, in any cases, shared or sold to others. You can ask and obtain your data to be cancelled sending an e-mail to: info@leopoldobloom.it.
Credit card informations are not sent to Leopoldo Bloom Editore, and not recorded by us. They are sent directly to Visa circuit in order to be processed.
This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.
When you place orders, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. All of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.
Leopoldo Bloom Editore does NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
Order Problems
If you encounter an error while placing your order, please send an e-mail to info@leopoldobloom.it with "Order Problems" in the Subject field.
Please try to explain the nature of the problem, the error message you received and, if possible, the page on which the error has occoured.
Please remember that we can only accept VISA and MASTERCARD payments.

Order processing
When you place an order, your personal data and credit card information is immediately verified by VISA international circuits.
If the information is correct, Leopoldo Bloom Editore receives a "Pre-authorization" message.
Your Credit Card IS NOT CHARGED AT THIS MOMENT, but the funds requested for the order (IE, Printed Portfolio= EURO 99.00) are engaged.
At that moment, Leopoldo Bloom Editore prepares and sends you the requested goods. You'll receive from us a message confirming the shipment.
We will track your order , and ONLY when your goods will be at destination, we will charge your card. If something goes wrong, we are able to cancel the transaction, in order to disengage your funds.
Claims and returns
Please send any claims to info@leopoldobloom.it.
We are open and available to solve any problems you may encounter. Please remember to report in your email the Merchant Transaction Code and the Authorization Code relative to your order. These numbers are indicated in the first message you receive when you place an order, the one with "Transazione on line - On Line Transaction" in the subject.
If you receive a damaged product, please send us (see "Who are you?") all the contents of the package you received and a printed copy of the "Transazione On Line - On Line Transaction" message.
We'll send you immediately another copy of the product.
Products delivery
A period of 4-6 working days is normally required for delivery.
